Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)

Rabold Environmental, LLC has performed multiple Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for clients. The Phase I ESA is continually sought after by commercial lenders during the closure of property loans, industrial and manufacturing facilities, private property owners and other potential buyers and private lenders of real estate.

In today's lending and legal climate, a Phase I ESA can provide clients with an informative environmental document that investigates real property for any existing, potential and historical environmental liabilities in order to accurately record the environmental condition and value of real property. In addition, the Phase I ESA provides the documentation to support and legally defend any future environmental issues that may arise (e.g., future on-site and surrounding development, demolition, natural disaster, purchase or receivership).

Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) - Rabold Environmental, LLC strictly adheres to ASTM E1527 -13, "Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process." Our firm of environmental professional's (EP's) will perform site reconnaissance of the property and surrounding vicinity, conduct an environmental lien search, conduct interviews with nearby residents/occupants, provide a 'chain of title' and collect any additional background data and graphics that are available.

Vapor Encroachment Screen (VES) - Rabold Environmental, LLC strictly adheres to the Vapor Encroachment Screening Standard, ASTM E2600 -10. Our firm can provide clients with an Independent Vapor Encroachment Screening or the (VES) in conjunction with a Phase I ESA - ASTM E1527 -13.

Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)

Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) - Rabold Environmental, LLC strictly adheres to ASTM E1903-11. Rabold Environmental, LLC has performed multiple Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.  In the event our clients need Phase II testing analysis, our team of environmental consultants and geo-technical engineers will provide soil & groundwater testing (soil borings with GeoProbe) and use a third party laboratory to provide the results.  Rabold Environmental, LLC will provide a detailed environmental document that will convey the laboratory results with our professional recommendations/opinions.
