TIF District ESA/Area Study
Rabold Environmental, LLC completes multi-volume Phase I Environmental Site Assessment/Area Study for the City of Bowling Green, Kentucky's Warren County Downtown Economic Development Authority, Inc. The Phase I ESA was a comprehensive area assessment of over 100 acres consisting of 234 individual parcels and more than 175 individual structures. The Phase I ESA was completed for the City of Bowling Green Kentucky's Tax Increment Finance project (a downtown re-development corridor located between 6th Avenue and Western Kentucky University). As a result of our efforts and professional recommendations/opinions, the multi-volume Phase I ESA was accepted by the City's bonding agent and an introductory bond issue of $10 million dollars was awarded followed by an additional $223 million dollar bonding approval.
